Well i called 3 times for an appointment and no one ever answers the phones. Kinda hard to establish care and have confidence in a office that can't answer the phones.

Not impressed and we won't be returning. Our appointment took 1 hr & 45 mins but only with the tech and/or vet for 30 mins. Charged $370 for a consultation & ear drops. A separate prescription...

We cannot say enough good things about every person at this facility. From scheduling to care from Kristoph and Dr. Lewis, it has been amazing. If possible, they love our dog as much as we do....
