My boyfriend has a unit here & it's nice & climate controlled. His holds a lot of his belongings, being he has a larger unit. The recent price increase is a BIG concern, however.

Doubled rent. They say it is due to market value. But, if I were to get a new rental, it's half the price they want me to now pay. Ridiculous The one star is because of the climate control.

They only allow a 5 day grace period on payments, then you will be charged 53$ and be locked out of your unit. There are absolutely no exceptions. They do not care if you were hospitalized and...
