Rooms are a little dated, but you can view them before paying. Front desk staff was pleasant, price is right and grounds are safe.

If I could vote less than zero, I would. Absolutely filthy. See attached photos. Counter tops, filthy. I wiped down with one of the towels they provided. Couch, filthy. Years of dirt and grime....

Building is falling apart. Rooms are tiny, needing to be cleaned thoroughly and updated. A room with two beds is just too small for both queens beds. Won't recommend this unless it has some...
