Excel Group

Founded in 1960, EXCEL group provides a range of mental and behavioral health care programs and related services for individuals of all ages. It offers services to the residents of Yuma and La Paz counties in Arizona. The group employs more than 300 professionals and staff members. It coordinates a variety of vocational training, residential care, supported employment and psychosocial rehabilitation programs. The group provides psychiatric evaluation, psychological assessment, therapeutic care, medication monitoring, case management, crisis intervention and consulting services. It additionally offers counseling services in cases related to substance abuse and domestic violence for individuals and families. The group provides in-house training programs in the areas of food service, laundry, housekeeping, and lawn and vehicle maintenance. It works in partnership with Arizona Avenue Clinic and the Southwest Recovery Center. EXCEL group is accredited by The Joint Commission.
