This place is awesome. I was doing kickboxing and Krav Maga before covid hit and was 40 years old and I'm the best shape of my life. canceling was easy so I'm not sure what that review is about....

Recently took a women's self defense seminar here and it was amazing! The staff is all so friendly and nice, which helped me a ton with the confidence to finally get some self defense training....
