The idea for a student-run restaurant is not new to culinary schools. What is new and unique about Bistro 13 is it is a free-standing, student-run restaurant. Designed to serve the EVIT population as well as the community of west Mesa, this restaurant is the culmination of multiple programs housed on the EVIT campus. Our culinary students cook and serve every day to our guests. About the name...we are named Bistro 13 because we are building 13 on the EVIT campus. Good food amd excellent value! Would definitely go back. Only 4 stars because fries were lomp and greasy. Partner had fish tacos and would go back for them as well. Total boll fpr both meals...$12.

This restaurant is run by EVIT students who are training to enter the Culinary/Baking & Pastry Arts industries and is managed by an Awesome Chef. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced....
