Entering the field of Real Estate and Finance in 1977, Joe Capitano began a rewarding career assisting families realize their dreams of homeownership. His extensive knowledge and network lead him to develop one of the leading mortgage lending organizations in Arizona, Homeowners Financial Group, recently named to the Top 25 Mortgage Lending institutions in Arizona and Top Mortgage lender, “Best Places to Work” in Arizona, by the Phoenix Business Journal. As one of seven partners, Joe’s community service as well as his radio show on KFNN every Tuesday at 4:23PM called “Average Joe Loans” makes him one of the most respected in his industry. A resident since 1962, Mr. Capitano attended Arizona State University and is a die hard “Sun Devil”!

Before I relocated to Arizona, I attended LA Mission College and CO Tech University where I studied Business and earned a Medical Translator Certification (Hablo Español). In my free time, I enjoy music, cooking, watching movies, and spending time with my family and two cats.
