Ernesto is a Mortgage Strategist working with clients to integrate their mortgage financing into their overall long and short-term financial and investment goals. He is also passionate about serving the immigrant community. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) plans to provide two deferred action programs enabling people who receive deferred action to remain in the US without fear of deportation and providing them rights to be legally employed here. The USCIS presently accepts requests for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA). The USCIS also aims to accept requests for the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA)in the future. People who receive deferred action under either of these programs and who meet all other requirements may be eligible for a home loan!
