The pool is comfortable. It isn't overly chlorinated. Watch out for the slick walk area next to the shower poolside. The hot tub is comfortable. I love the movie theater cardio workout room....

Edit: 7/25/25 Shortly after my initial review Chris Enriquez (direct fitness manager) reached out to me and helped me obtain a full refund and allowed my to transfer to a different EOS location....
