I am go to their office in Mesa. Started there in sept, they said I could go any lab with the lab slip. And then after they started my payments, I was told I couldn't get a lab slip from them...

Just another High Priced/no result - balarkey. You pay a fortune upfront (because they know you'll drop them when you find out it's just hype) - then you have to pay for all the Blood Tests...
