Nice clean quiet park. Close to the heart of everything in Yuma. We rented an AirBnB that is set up in this park..... we were very happy with our stay!

Being a member of Thousand Trails, I have stayed at quite a few RV parks. This is one of the best. Friendly workers that want to make sure you have the best visits. Heated pool, palm trees.......

well we stayed at this place from dec 1 2022 to feb 30 2023 now in jan of 2024 we received a bill that we owe more money for parking our boat I guess they need to get more funds because we paid...

Been wintering there for 6 years now. One of the best and most convenient places to be. Stores are within walking distance and the best Mexican food is there close by. El Carnitas Taste of Yuma....
