Cactus Gardens RV Resort is an age qualified Encore Resort with 428 sites and 14 acres of fun and friendly people. Of our 428 sites, 158 are available for reservations. We have wide asphalt streets, gravel sites, concrete patios and a tree at most sites. All of this is located in a Yuma RV resort in Arizona with over 300 days of sunshine, near the mighty Colorado River and Imperial Dam. Yup, nearby fishing and boating in the middle of the desert. Activity committees at Cactus Gardens RV Resort keep things active with numerous activities, including a Jam Session every week, Saturday Breakfast, Sunday Church Service, Wednesday Biscuits & Gravy, Bingo, Live Entertainment, Daily Pool Exercise, and Quilting & Crafts. Encore's staff at this Yuma RV resort is eager to please and among the friendliest you'll find anywhere.

Amenities: Full hookups, bathrooms/showers and a pool that is open 24/7! Too bad we didn't get a chance to use it. Oh well, next time... Layout: Pretty easy layout, the spaces are all marked...

It's an old park with outdated infrastructure. Friendly residents but poor management.

Very well maintained! Large sites, quiet. Sherry was very accommodating to us when we had a problem with our Thousand Trails membership and let us stay. Sherry is the Best!

One of the best values in Age Qualified living! Cactus Gardens has limited amenities but the price is affordable! Clean, quiet and safe - best value in Yuma, AZ
