Eloy Finance Department

The Development Center works under the government of city of Casa Grande, Ariz., and tracks review and approval processes, schedules inspections and views the results. It operates a planning and zoning commission that works to provide regulatory guidelines and make recommendations and decisions regarding planning issues. The department works to enforce zoning ordinances in rural and urban ranch, single-family and multifamily residential, industrial, neighborhood business and planned area development zones. The Development Center views statistics on inspections, issued permits, applications, and completed and scheduled reviews. It is located in Casa Grande, Ariz.
