El Rio Community Health Center

The Catholic Community Services location in Tucson, Ariz., is a division of Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona. More than 80,000 people in southern Arizona are touched each year through the work of CCS member agencies and its detention and pastoral ministries. People are served through a myriad of programs and services that include pregnancy counseling and adoption services, job development, health and dental care, spiritual counseling, emergency assistance, parenting classes, marriage and family counseling, domestic violence protection and legal assistance, housing counseling, detention and pastoral ministries, health and home care services, home-delivered meals and transportation. The Catholic Community Services Tucson location specifically assists people through the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Clinic that provides vital health care services for the segment of the community that are not eligible for public assistance yet not able to afford private care or private insurance coverage.
