El Pollo Loco is my Friday lunch spot. I always go to the drive thru and get the Avocado salad and sometimes I get the extra chips and guacamole if I'm really hungry! It's so good!

I visit this El Pollo Loco once a week. The ladies in the drive thru know me by name and make me feel like family. They always provide good food, salsas, and warm service. Love it!

Food is great. Fresh and flavorful. Service is great as well. The smell of the grease trap though is gross. I wish they could get on top of that.

Bone in my burrito. Took a bite and pulled it out of my mouth. It was huge and could've caused injury if I didn't catch it.

I was at this Pollo Loco restaurant today and ordered a two piece combo dinner to go,, as I attempted to use my reward points the manager Catalina refused my reward points as she said my points...
