Hello my name is chef Dre I go by the one legged chef. I have been in the food industry for over 15 years years. I've had my food business since 2010 we started off selling out of the house and a barbecue grill on the side of the road . 2 years ago I lost my leg to mersa And I did not let that stop me I decided to get a food truck. So I can travel and meet people and let people know that even though something bad has happened to you can turn into a positive.So I describe every day to make wonderful food for you guys. I call it AZ barbecue and seafood the best barbecue and seafood you will find in Arizona with a little bit of heat and a little bit of sweet with Mexican flavors added to your barbecue. With homemade fresh made sides and barbecue and seafood. We also offer catering from small to big parties .We have done weddings and sweet 16, corporation parties, to grand opening We have catered to churches and other functions. We also offer wedding packages that include a dj.

Ate at the food trailer at the Sonita rodeo. Best pulled pork nachos ever. Filling and flavorful. Paid $12. Highly recommended.
