The Johnson Brothers, Rudy and Johnny former owners of Bill Johnson's Big Apple Restaurants are following in the traditions of their parents Bill and Gene Johnson Founders of the Original Bill Johnson's Restaurant. Gene Johnson also known as Gran to those that knew and Loved her and her oldest son, Rudy Johnson has left a legacy of mouth watering BBQ, Sizzling Steaks, BBQ Beef, Pork and Ham Sandwiches at reasonable prices. by leaving a trail of satisfied customers and service that will be beyond your expectations. Our slow smoked ribs and pork roasts are the best! We also can tailor your menu for your needs from Healthy Dining for Sports teams to casual or elegant for weddings. Diana cares about every customer and does does so many little things to make sure that they keep coming back for more. All our food is made from scratch and delicious!
