Desert View Academy

The Desert View Academy is a nonprofit, public corporation that offers a range of educational programs to students in kindergarten through grade five. It is sponsored by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools. The academy offers classes in writing, reading, history, math, art, science and English. It also operates a parent-teacher association that conducts several fundraising events and programs. The academy maintains a library and media center that features a collection of books and reference and instructional materials. The academy organizes a variety of events, including field trips. In addition, the Desert View Academy provides food and transportation services and is located in Yuma, Ariz.
