Fisher & Paykel dishwasher top drawer wouldn't drain. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and was out the door in 15 minutes Great service!!!

Carson with Desert Tech has been over to my home a few times for an ongoing Lowes warranty thing and he has always been courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Not sure what the bad reviews...
