Maintenance and grounds crew (Juan, Noel et al) are the main reason people rent here, but many long-time residents are moving to other complexes nearby as rent has gone sky-high in the past 4+...

Just like the other reviews say, this place scams you with move out fees. They wanted to charge 1400$ for carpet replacement, when I only lived in the apartment for 1 year and had left the place...

This place was fine to live but they scam you on the way out. Charge absolutely insane rent for average apartments that don't retain AC leading to $400 A/C bills routinely during summer. No dog...

Just toured this complex with the lovely Helene Schiffman. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Made our experience visiting Desert Club so wonderful
