Dawn E. Jaroszewski, M.D., is a professor and full-time consultant in the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Dr. Jaroszewski also serves as Chair of Thoracic Surgery and Director of the Mayo Clinic Chest Wall and Thoracic Surgery Program, the largest volume adult pectus treatment site in North America. She joined the staff of Mayo Clinic in 2006 and specializes in minimally invasive thoracic surgery, including, esophagus, pectus, and chest wall deformities. Dr. Jaroszewski is very active in education, including curriculum and course development. She is currently chair of Thoracic Curriculum, and the Anatomy Laboratory at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona, where she provides mentorship to many medical students, residents, and fellows. Dr. Jaroszewski is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with the world and has been involved in numerous research projects and publications in peer-reviewed journal articles, abstracts and books. She also frequently presents internationally so people everywhere can benefit from her research.

He is a surgeon-scientist actively involved in data analytics, outcomes research and the development of safer surgical techniques to advance evidence-based spine care. Dr. Bakhsheshian is the recipient of several national research grants and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed research publications, abstracts, and textbook chapters.
