David Gallegos, NP

Dr. Clay received his osteopathic medicine degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, Arizona. He later completed his residency training at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, Florida. Dr. Clay diagnoses and treats a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety and depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and postpartum depression. Dr. Clayâ€TMs goal with every patient he sees is to seek out-of-the-box solutions to help them find lasting relief. He uses advanced diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques to gain a clear picture of every patient's past treatments, medical history, and social history before recommending treatment. Dr. Hauser is originally from Michigan, but grew up in Georgia as well as Massachusetts. He went to college in Lynchburg, VA where he focused on Cultural Anthropology, Sociology, and the Performing Arts. He then served in the military as a paratrooper and linguist during the Persian Gulf War. He earned his medical degree at the international, bilingual program in Guadalajara, Mexico, finished at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and completed his psychiatry residency at Lincoln Hospital in the South Bronx. As an attending psychiatrist he practiced in Baltimore, MD for a decade treating a wide range of psychiatric patients including a large indigent population with severe, psychiatric illness. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, working at Serenity’s Chandler location. In addition to his adult out-patient practice, he is a member of the American Psychiatric Association. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
