I went in for a small blizzard and was greeted with a friendly welcome and quick service. They let me know my business was appreciated. You don't get that kind of welcome in too many places anymore.

Hire Some people who care. Get Et rid of the guys standing around doing nothing except trying to look cool. Get some Management in there so people are told what to do. I try to quicken the pace....

Love stopping in to any DQ for a tasty treat. The lines on these hot summer days are quite long, but the employees get you through quickly. At this location there is a drive-thru, and one can go...
