I was in the line at the pharmacy waiting to be helped. Then suddenly, 2 different people told me, they were now closed as they were "on lunch" so I had to leave and come back at another time....

Expediency. Not right to make a customer wait for 20 minutes for a ready prescription, for person ahead of me who handed employee new Rx. Very poor customer service.

Horrible. They shouldn't accept prescriptions if they won't have anyone working the pharmacy counter. Can't pick up my prescription, can't change it to another pharmacy. No one answers the phone...
