Wow.. just wow. Half of staff is completely incompetent. Others (the good ones) are too busy to help with customers I suppose.. I called in for the first time after a medication was on back order...

Just spoke to pharmacist Surg (sp?). About a problem with prescription. He raised his voice, was very rude, and would not tell me who the pharmacy manager was. Severely disappointed.
