Dr. Madrid is great and the staff is very nice! We take our 1 year old and our 4 month old here. We always feel comfortable and we highly recommend Crossroads Pediatrics!!

We love Dr. Madrid and everyone at Crossroads! He's been wonderful with our newborn and I'm grateful we found him! Front desk is always really kind and helpful with scheduling.

Dr Madrid is nice but I'll NEVER come back to this facility. EVER. The staff is ATROCIOUS! Beyond rude and short with me and even cold to my son with no patience. My son had a physical a few weeks...
