Crossroads Substance Abuse, Recovery & Relapse Prevention Centers operate nine locations throughout the Phoenix Valley area. All facilities are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services for Behavioral Health and boast a commercial kitchen with professionally prepared meals served three times a day.
