I recently tried to access my account with this institution. They did not cooperate or assist me in any way. They would not close my accounts, even though they continued charging me late fees....

I was treated more like a "customer" at a bank than a "member" of a credit union. The same day I became a member of Credit Union West, I also became a member of Desert Financial Credit Union....

absolutely the worst credit union i have ever been with and they have over 100k of my money and send me debit cards that don't work... and cancel my old one. just finally hung up after listening...
