HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Every other week my account gets locked up because the quick access expires and it asks me to logging in and restore the quick access.. every time I do that it locks...

Proof- call the bank and see how long you wait. Don't bank here. I'm leaving this bank due to customer service. I was on hold for 47 min and still no one answered my call. So I paid off my loan...
