Don't move to this apartment complex! Gates are always broken, if you came home after 7 pm, you will never find free parking place, or you need to pay 30$ for covered parking or 60$ for garage....

Recently the property was bought out by Avesta and within days improvements are being made. Felix from maintenance is on top of his game! Concerns were addressed and repaired or replaced same...

If I could give them -5 stars I would. Ridiculously rude and if you end up with a problem such as parking or noise forget it. Oh, and if you call after hours or even during the day and they miss...

This is a very nice complex. I have been here 11 years! Great apartment floor plans, great office and maintenance staff!
