Compass Mental Health, LLC provides exceptional EAP and counseling services through education, knowledge and insight. Our primary goal is to improve the health & independence of individuals, couples and families, with tailored services to meet specific needs. We will develop a plan that will help compensate, provide direction, and assist in maintaining purpose in work and life, to the client's satisfaction. As part of our commitment to the best possible patient care, Compass has established a transitional care program to assist our patients in maintaining symptom stability, once they have left the hospital, while we support them in establishing ongoing outpatient support services and resources.
