Community Health Center of West Yavapai

Yavapai County Community Health Services is a department of the government of Yavapai County, Ariz. The department consists of several divisions, including administrative services, vital statistics, clinical services and public health services. The department s administrative services division manages day-to-day operations, including business management, accounts, contracts, patient billing, vital records, personnel, and payroll and information systems. The vital statistics department maintains birth and death records. The department s clinical services include primary care services, which are available to residents through the Community Health Center of Yavapai and the Verde Valley Wellness Clinic. The division of public health services provides information regarding disease prevention, environmental health, nutrition and public health preparedness and response.
