The Tumi I have believed in for over two decades is no more. I have never once had an issue with Tumi in the past. Anything that was broken they would repair or replace no questions asked....

The days of honoring warranty are over. I remember their lifetime warranty, then it was 5 years, now it's excuses to not honor that.... Switching to Monos or Briggs and Riley. Never again will...
