The food is usually okay. Nothing amazing, but the customer service hasn't been great. This one guy gives attitude when on the intercom when ordering. Pretty rude and he always messes up my order.

TERRIBLE I've ordered here before no issues...tonight chicken WAY OVER cooked. Dry dark brown and just bad. My dog even snuffed it. Asked for gravy on the side with my mashed potatoes...

Rude staff, chicken is barely fresh. Does not look sanitary. The employees should get a course on customer service.
