She specializes in relational based medicine, forming strong partnerships with her patients to ensure they reach their goals through education and understanding of their own individual healthcare picture. She knows that healthy looks different for many people and she approaches healing through natural / holistic medicine with the ability to implement more traditionally western medicine practices when needed. She incorporates functional medicine, laboratory data, and evidence based practice into her treatment plans.
