Chef/owner Mike Sullivan has built this truck himself, and is one of three built with 2 still in Philly and this one based out of Mesa Arizona. I have been in the restaurant industry for 18 yrs and 5 yrs in the food truck industry. We use local and fresh ingredients as much as possible and take pride in serving a Taste of Philly from Philly. We specialize in Original Philly Cheese steak from PHILLY, not knock offs.
