There are multiple photos at the door showing how to use mobile/NFC debit card instead of physical but actually it doesn't work at the door of this branch. I've used it elsewhere with no problem.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. Don't use chase unless you want to incur needless fees and overdrafts because of those fees!
