Fees fees. Fees. They find everything under the sun to nickel and dime you over. The days of banking 20 years ago, certainly gone. Pleasant but certainly lean toward transactional interactions

A couple of weeks ago we started getting calls from this bank..like maybe close to 20 calls a week. The person calling NEVER identifies himself. He sounds like he might be Asian, but I honestly...

Never will I understand, a corporation that makes billions of dollars. But, cuts back on customer service. Only reason why I am still banking with Chase, it's an inconvenience to change banks....

First off don't ever try calling this location. They'll never answer. I then went online to schedule an in person appointment. Showed up prior to my scheduled time and still had to wait over 30...

I have banked with chase for nearly 15 years. I have been depositing cash for nearly 2 years now as a server this branch is the ONLY branch ive ever had issue with i count my money several times...
