Chaparral Winds is a retirement community located in Surprise, Ariz. Its campus includes a fully licensed and staffed assisted living building and a secured memory care unit for residents who require special services due to dementia and confusion. Additionally, the center s facility includes swimming pools, a dinning hall and a fitness center. The various amenities offered in each apartment include complete kitchens, ceiling fans, individual thermostats, laundry rooms with washer and dryer hookups, basic cable television, patios, balconies and all floor and window coverings. The center s memory care unit offers private and semiprivate rooms on a month-to-month basis. Its nurses and care givers are trained to provide all necessary services, activities, nutrition and supervision necessary for the overall wellbeing of its patients.
