Very unorganized, long random wait time at lobby and then also at the room. Sometimes it goes beyond hour without any update apology or refunds. Doctor don't ask questions, does not explain lab...

There are artificial fragrance distributors all over their lobby, their hallways and their treatment offices. It's awful. I'm wearing a mask and it's still coming through.
