avoid at all costs. Workers comp insurance and all they try to do it's demy, deny and deny. THEY IGNORE CALLS AND EMAILS. look at their horrible reviews.

Dyllon Loyal incompetent, non responsive, misleading rep. Supervisor and manager are just as bad. Terrible service. Claim has been open for 11 months.
