Ordered the seasonal matcha- a chai spiced matcha. It was delicious as was the cinnamon roll we got. The location is small, but quaint. Indoor and courtyard seating were available.

Came here hoping to find something special to make me say wow! Or I'm coming back! However, the wow was for how Stupidly over priced this coffee shop is. A matcha tea and potato burrito $17?!...

They just opened and not quite up to speed as the other three locations I visit. But hey it's in the PV area and I don't have to drive walking distance. Small one person shop gets a little hectic...
