Our mission is to provide a safe, supervised environment for exercise during pregnancy with the goals of helping women perform their daily activities, prepare the mind and body for the physical demands of labor and delivery, and facilitate postpartum recovery while building relationships and supporting each woman's journey

Bump Fitness Club is an unique prenatal and postpartum fitness experience. Our program uses a combination of strength training, pregnancy appropriate interval sessions, and yoga classes to help you prepare for labor/delivery, and to ease you back into a fitness routine post delivery.
