Drove all the way from Buckeye and the place was closed when website said they were open. They have the nerve to charge $21 for shipping in the same state. I really tried to like this business but...

Your website says you are open on Saturdays until 5. It's currently 3:20 pm on a Saturday. I drove over here from North Phoenix to find it closed. When are you open?
