I look to provide support, solutions, and life long coping skills for clients. We are accepting new clients. It takes an act of courage to come to counseling. I look to provide a place where clients can talk about their concerns without being judged. I see individuals for a variety concerns including: anger, anxiety, depression, abuse, work/academic stress, medical, aging, and addiction. I work with couples to promote healthy communication, trust, and intimacy. I look to find answers and solutions to help your children succeed at school and within the family through use of individual and family counseling. I do take most insurances, eap benefits and do accept private pay.
