Blue Canyon Grill serves American and Southwest comfort food. Our name has changed, so see our Famous Breakfast Burrito reviews under Simpson's Market. Our Navajo tortillas, fresh off the griddle, wrap hearty fillings of eggs, hash browns and breakfast meats. Our lunch menu includes an excellent Navajo Taco; fresh fry bread, house made chili, cheese, lettuce, tomato and salsa. We also serve up burgers, salads and fried chicken, with daily specials. No frozen patties here. Everything including sauces and salsa,is fresh made, in house. Looking for a cup of 'good' coffee? We use Starbucks French Roast beans in our espresso machine. Grab a cup with a homemade cookie for a perfect pick-up.

So disappointing. The breakfast burritos have been "thinned out" per the manager. I've been getting breakfast burritos here for the last five years. No more thick breakfast burritos.

Navajo Taco was excellent. Served in a strofoam box. Place was dead empty on a Sunday at 1 pm. Looks like a cafeteria. Cleanish. Rest of menu looked pretty terrible, premade burritos and corn dogs...
