HistoryBrice Helms has been working in the fitness industry since 1997. He went full time as a personal trainer in 2002 and in late 2014, he started his own personal training company, Framework Fitness Training LLC. He currently holds a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, is Functional Movement Systems Certified (FMSC), and holds a Master's of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University.SpecialtiesCrossfit Fixx is a local Crossfit gym serving clients in the Tucson area. Owner Brice Helms has worked with clients from ages 3 to 93; from elite athletes to those just starting out on their fitness journeys.
