I have had to make several service calls. All performed flawlessly. My thermostat was part of my alarm and was not working properly. Twice BFS came out and finally trouble shot the problem...

Only used once 2019 Phoenix AZ. I would stay away and not trust them with your home. (A) They don't cover the price of a GFCI outlet, (B) they have to order this part or make a second trip, (C)...
