Barry's Bakery

Barry s Bakery, founded in 1989, started in the family garage with one product and has grown to a large manufacturing facility in Tolleson, Ariz. with seven products. Founder Barry Yellen set out to develop a snack food within the parameters of a heart healthy eating plan. After experimentation he created the French Twist. Each French Twist is only 60 calories a serving (just 1 point on the Weight Watchers point scale) and contains no dairy, butter, cholesterol, eggs, yeast or sodium. The French Twist product line includes seven great flavors: original, chocolate chip, wild raspberry, almond, caf mocha, key lime and maple French toast. The company markets French Twists throughout the United States and is poised to roll out a new product that will provide yet another healthy snack.
