Had a great workout today!! First time at this facility and everyone was great with clean and great equipment. There is a great batting case in the basement with some clean turf.

Think Old School Chicago "Gym Rat" Rehab with modern day equipment and knowledge. Warren and Mitch are two top notch guys that make sure you are back to pre-problem activity when you are done....

Warren, Steve, Mitch and the Team at Rehab Plus are the best for recovery from injuries. I had a dislocated shoulder 10 years ago and their physical therapy protocol helped me get back to 100%....

This is a gym goer's gym. Serious people only; not your Fufu trying to pick up on someone, I can't get away from looking at the mirror, hey what's your name gym! You need to get your "donkey"...
